We want you to move forward with confidence. Here's how guarantees and refunds work across our courses, coaching, and cohorts.
Self-paced courses
(EI Foundations, From Tool to Teammate, Meetings That Decide)
14-day do-the-work guarantee. Go through the material and put it to use in a real situation. If, within 14 days of purchase, it isn't helping, email us and we'll refund you.
Fair use. Because our courses are short and immediately usable, we reserve the right to decline a refund where a course has been substantially completed or its materials downloaded, or where the guarantee is being misused (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund).
1:1 Coaching
(all coaching engagements with Doug or Ashley)
Right-fit promise. Every engagement begins with a Coaching Fit Conversation, so we only start when it's genuinely the right match. Because coaching time is reserved and delivered live, sessions and engagements are non-refundable once delivered. If something isn't working, tell your coach — we'll make it right.
Rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
Private Team Cohorts & Strategic Advisory
These are scoped, scheduled engagements arranged on a booking call. They are non-refundable once dates are confirmed. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
