COHORTS
Training, with a coach in the room.
A cohort is our coaching approach to training — the same way the Transilient Leadership 360 is our coaching approach to a 360. Instead of a one-off workshop that fades by Friday, a small group learns together, practises in real work, and comes back with a coach to make it stick. It's how behaviour actually changes.
WHY A COHORT
Why a cohort beats a workshop.
A course teaches the skill. A cohort adds the two things that make it hold: the inside piece (what each person does with what they feel when they try something new) and practice in the work the team already does, with peers and a coach. Then we come back, check against the baseline, and report what changed.
You don't just cover the material. The team changes how it works.
βThe Above and Below the Line training has transformed the way we work together. It's given us a common language around our individual behaviours and enabled us to see when others are struggling and help them get back above the line. It's made a huge difference.β
β VP Flight Operations, National Airline
βPeople became more aware of how they were showing up and it created more ownership, especially when things got difficult or stressful.β
βPractical, engaging, and focused on real-world situations rather than theory.β

HOW A COHORT RUNS
One shift, practised for weeks — not a one-off.
Pre-read
A short piece so everyone arrives ready to engage.
Live workshop
Two hours: one shift, one model, and one daily practice to take back to work.
Structured practice
Two to three weeks of that practice in real work, with a practice partner from the cohort.
Integration session
One 90-minute live session to compare notes, learn one integration tool, and decide what stays.
Check
A short Snapshot at integration, then again at 30 and 90 days, so you can see what held.
AVAILABLE NOW
Cohorts you can run this season.
Each runs for an intact team or an open group, scheduled around you. Any course in the library can also be run as a cohort — these are the ones leaders are asking for most.

Book a scoping callGiving & Receiving Feedback
Make feedback normal, useful, and safe β in both directions β so the team gets better in the open.
Enquire βThe Conversation You've Been Avoiding
