Questions people ask
How much time does it take?
Each module is a short video of about 6 to 12 minutes, plus a little practice in between. Most people do one a week. You have 12 months of access to each course, so you can go at the pace your life allows.
What happens in the live sessions?
Once a month, Ashley hosts a live online session for each course. Bring what's coming up for you at work or at home, and work it through together using what you've learned. If you can't make it live, the recording goes into the course.
Do I need to be a manager?
No. Leading yourself comes first, whether you lead a team, hope to one day, or just want to handle pressure better at work and at home.
What if it isn't for me?

Can I start with just one course?
