Our Why
Ashley and Doug's lives converged after decades spent, in Ashley's case, in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, and in Doug's, building technology businesses and partnerships around the world. Conversations ensued, always returning to the power of strong organizational cultures on performance. Scanning the coaching and business advisory landscape, they realized that most firms and practitioners were focused on processes and technology, which, while very important, left many organizations falling short on performance. Transilience Partners was born —a firm founded at the intersection of culture, strategy, and execution. Our obsession is helping Leaders and their teams to transform organizational cultures to drive high performance, adaptability and resilience in an age of extreme disruption. The combination of Doug's 30+ years in technology entrepreneurship with Ashley's incredible reputation for developing great leaders and their teams delivers a decisive advantage for clients that could not otherwise be realized through strategy, technology, and process improvements alone.
